The dedicated jewellery section on ramp of this season of Amazon India Fashion Week was a reflection of continuous efforts, craftmanship, and hard work of the jewellery designers of India. Earlier fashion designers used to outsource accessories from them; but whether the jewellery designer will get its due recognition for the collection-was solely Fashion Designer discretion. Once the show is over, its over. But getting its due is a far reaching phenomenon. Hence, I really appreciate The Fashion Design Council of India for respecting their (Jewellery Designers) efforts, and bringing a new change for good.
