The first look at Tanira Sethi will make us feel that she has just came out of college-the innocence and simplicity is so evident. But when I came to know that all these handwoven, extraordinarily beautiful Cashmere sarees at Patine,DLF Emporio are designed by her, I was awestruck. At the age of 23, she has indepth knowledge of what is she doing. The sarees were not only beautiful, they were light, the touch was soothing, and the colours were simply outstanding. Of the many firsts, touching and feeling Cashmere in lace form was amazing. I had never seen a Cashmere Lace woven with utmost finish from both sides. Not only that, the zari work was so soft to touch and feel, and done minimalist accentuating the look.
People from all walks of life came to meet and wish Tanira Sethi. She has inherited passion and mannerism from her dad (read Numero Uno) Mr.Sunil Sethi, who proudly and courteously showed us every pattern designed by Tanira. The beginning of brand Taani by Tanira Sethi was taken in fashion fraternity with such enthusiasm, that the collection was all sold out in first 2 days.
